가자지구 전쟁으로 사망한 팔레스타인인이 2만명을 넘어섰다고 하마스가 발표했다.
20일(현지시간) AFP통신에 따르면 가자지구의 하마스 정부 공보실은 이날 지난 10월7일 이스라엘과 전쟁 발발 이후 팔레스타인 지역에서 최소 2만명이 사망했다고 밝혔다.
사망자 중 어린이는 8000여명, 여성은 6200여명이라고 설명했다.
앞서 하마스가 운영하는 가자지구 보건부는 전날 사망자 수가 1만9667명으로 집계됐으며, 이스라엘 공습으로 5만2586명이 다쳤다고 발표했었다.
